Malaga RV Park Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all guests, visitors, and persons on Malaga RV
Park property (collectively referred to as “Guests”).
By making a reservation or staying at Malaga RV Park, Guests agree to follow all rules and
policies established by Malaga RV Park Management.
Failure to comply with these policies may result in immediate removal from the property without
refund. Any costs associated with removal of an RV or personal property will be the
responsibility of the Guest.
Malaga RV Park Management reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any
time.
Important Notice:
Malaga RV Park has high water pressure. Guests are strongly advised to use a water pressure
regulator to protect their RV plumbing system.

Reservation and Stay Policies
Payment: A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all reservations. Malaga RV Park
operates as a cashless facility. Cash is NOT accepted.
Charges include:
• First night deposit due at booking
• Remaining balance charged 48 hours prior to arrival
• Long-term reservations require payment at booking plus $250 deposit and any additional fees.
Malaga RV Park Management reserves the right to charge the card on file for:
• Camping fees
• Store purchases
• Damages
• Policy violations
• Other applicable charges
Cancellation Policy
• 30+ days before arrival: $25 cancellation fee
• 29–3 days before arrival: deposit forfeited
• Less than 48 hours: deposit and any remaining balance will be forfeited
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In: 2:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Early arrivals and late departures may be available based on availability.
Fees:
• $30 per hour early arrival
• $30 per hour late departure
No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to check in or notify Malaga RV Park Management by 11:00 AM the day after
scheduled arrival will have their reservation cancelled with no refund.
Reservation Changes
Changes made more than 48 hours before arrival may be adjusted without fees (subject to
availability).
Changes made within 48 hours of arrival that shorten a stay will incur a one-night
cancellation fee.
Rates and Occupancy
Each site includes:
• 1 RV
• Up to 6 people
• 1 passenger vehicle
*Maximum occupancy: 6 people per site
Additional fees:
• $5 per additional person per day regardless of age after four, max is 6 per site
• $10 per pet per day (maximum 2 pets)
• $30 per hour for early arrivals, based on availability. You may be asked to change sites to
accommodate your early arrival.
• $30 per hour for late departures, based on availability.
Long-Term Stays (30+ Nights)
Long-term reservations require:
• Application of Interest
• Insurance Auto/RV
• 4 photos of all four sides of RV
• $250 electrical deposit
• Monthly charges billed 5 days before the next billing cycle
Malaga RV Park Management reserves the right to approve or deny long-term applications.
Pet Long-Term Stay (30+ Nights) $25 per month per pet (Cat/Dog) *recurring
RV and Site Policies
RV Requirements - Allowed RV types include:
• Class A, B, C Motorhomes
• Fifth Wheels
• Travel Trailers
• Truck Camper
• Travel Van
RVs must be well maintained and in good condition. Malaga RV Park Management reserves
the right to refuse entry to RVs that are unsafe or in poor repair. No plastic or plywood on
windows.
RV Mobility
All RVs must remain operational and movable.
• Guests must be able to relocate their RV within 48 hours if requested by Malaga RV
• Park Management for safety or operational reasons.
RV Skirting
Allowed:
• Snap Skirting
• Inflatable Air Skirting
NOT Allowed:
• Foam board
• Ply-Wood
• Pallets
• Metal
• Tarps/Plastics
Site Use
Guests MAY NOT:
• Dig in sites
• Attach items to trees or park structures
• Install clotheslines or cables
• Install decks/wooden stairs, sheds, or structures
ALLOWED outside items:
• Camp chairs
• Camp table
• One BBQ
• One propane fire pit
• One cooler
• One storage tote
Sites MUST remain clean and organized.
Tent Camping
Tent camping is NOT permitted.
Parking
Each site allows:
• 1 passenger vehicle
• 1 additional vehicle if it fits within the site
Vehicles may not park in vacant sites. Overflow parking is limited and intended for short-term
visitors only.
Guest Conduct
RV Park Speed Limit is 5 MPH STRICTLY ENFORCED
Repeated violations may result in removal from the park. Email Documentation
Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Outdoor speakers and amplified music are not permitted.
Neighbor Courtesy
Guests must respect other sites and not walk through occupied campsites.
Motorcycles/Cars/Trucks
Loud exhausts, Loud aftermarket mufflers are prohibited.
Harley’s/Motorcycles are exceptions with permission from RV Park Management,
Reving engines is prohibited.
Smoking/Vaping, Alcohol, and Drugs
• Alcohol is permitted for adults 21+ when consumed responsibly.
• Illegal drugs are prohibited.
• Guests causing disturbances may be removed from the property.
Firearms
Target shooting and display of firearms, airsoft guns, or pellet guns is prohibited.
Legal concealed carry must comply with Washington State law.
Fireworks
Fireworks and explosives are strictly prohibited.
Flags and Signs
• The U.S. flag may be displayed according to the U.S. Flag Code
• Political signage or vulgar displays are not permitted
Pet Policy Dog/Cat
Pets are welcome but must follow park rules.
Requirements
• Maximum 2 pets per site
• Pets must be leashed at all times
• Pets may not be left outside unattended
• Excessive barking is not permitted inside or outside RV
Pet Waste
Guests must clean up after pets.
Violation Fines & Email Documentation: •
First offense: $25
• Second offense: $250
• Third offense: removal from park
Pet Damage
Each site is inspected prior to arrival. Please bring any damage to our attention
immediately. Any damage incurred during your stay will be billed to the credit card on
file. This includes digging, scratching, and chewing to the site or park facilities.
Pet Safety - Heat Advisory
Guests must ensure pets are protected during hot weather and power outages. Have a backup
plan in place if your pet/pets are left home all day.
Fire Pit Policy
Only propane or gas fire pits are permitted.
Wood fires are not allowed.
Fire pits must:
• Be supervised by an adult
• Be turned off when unattended
• Maintain safe distance from children and pets
Burning garbage or debris is prohibited.
General Policies
CCTV - Malaga RV Park operates a 24-hour CCTV security system throughout the property.
Electricity
Electrical pedestals are property of Malaga RV Park and may not be modified.
Guests will be billed for electricity usage where applicable.
Garbage and Recycling
Trash must be disposed of in park dumpsters. If you want to recycle your plastics, cans and
cardboard, you can take your recyclables to the “Central Washington Recycling” drop off station
in Wenatchee.
Malaga RV Park Management cannot accept:
• Furniture
• Mattresses
• Hazardous materials
• Large items
Guests abusing disposal services will be charged for removal.
Mail and Packages
Guests may not use the park as a permanent mailing address.
Mail addressed directly to Guests may not be accepted. Package delivery is not permitted in the
RV park. See MalagaRV.com for facility suggestions.
Sewer Connections
All sewer hoses must be leak-free and properly connected.
Guests are responsible for cleanup or damages caused by improper connections.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary service and is offered on a best-effort basis. Service
reliability cannot be guaranteed.
Personal Property
Guests are responsible for securing their belongings. Malaga RV Park Management is not
responsible for lost or stolen items.
Right to Refuse Service
Malaga RV Park Management reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any Guest
who:
• Violates park policies
• Disturbs other guests
• Fails to pay required fees
• Engages in illegal or unsafe behavior
Guests removed from the property
will not receive refunds.
