Thank you for your interest in a Long term Extended Stay Reservation at Malaga RV Park. Below you will find the Extended Stay Rates, and the Guest Application of Interest.

Please complete the application below for consideration. An Incomplete form can put a delay or result in denying the application. Do Not leave any boxes blank. Put “NA” if it doesn't apply.



Long Term Stay Rates

Row A, C & D $850.00 per Month + $250 Security Fee

Row B $1150.00 per Month + $250 Security Fee

Additional charges may apply for added vehicles, guests and pets.

RV Age and Condition Restrictions:

Only certified RV types including Class A, B, and C Motorhomes, 5th wheels, travel trailers and vans. We reserve the right to inspect RVs, and we may refuse access if your property is unsafe, not in good visual condition or is in disrepair. Written exceptions to these policies are available by emailing the resort at malagarvpark@gmail.com. We are willing to work with you if your equipment is in good operating condition and repair status. We require 4 pictures of all sides of the RV and more information if your RV is more than 15 years old. 

Security fee is non refundable if the reservation is cancelled 30 days or less before the scheduled arrival date. A $50 cancellation fee will apply if the reservation is canceled prior to 30 days of arrival date.
